We are pleased to announce a new feature in our Online Booking Portal designed to improve the clarity and convenience of your reservation experience.
Face-to-face lessons:
We continue to operate with the prior system.
After submitting your booking request, you can choose to join the waiting list by checking the box.
●If checked: Your request will remain active until the day before your requested slots. If your lesson cannot be scheduled, we’ll notify you by 20:00 the day before (except on national holidays).
●If unchecked: We will immediately contact you by e-mail if the requested slot is not available.
For online lessons:
Time slots for online lessons have been updated with color-coded indicators.
●Blue Time-Slots: Booking confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent automatically.
●Orange Time-Slots: Your request will be added to the waiting list. It will remain active until the day before your requested slots. If your lesson cannot be scheduled, we’ll notify you by 20:00 the day before (except on national holidays).
This update is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the usability of our booking system and provide a smoother experience for all customers.
