Dear Customers,

We are pleased to announce a new feature in our Online Booking Portal designed to improve the clarity and convenience of your reservation experience.

Face-to-face lessons:
We continue to operate with the prior system.
After submitting your booking request, you can choose to join the waiting list by checking the box.
●If checked: Your request will remain active until the day before your requested slots. If  your lesson cannot be scheduled, we’ll notify you by 20:00 the day before (except on national holidays).
●If unchecked: We will immediately contact you by e-mail if the requested slot is not available.

For online lessons:
Time slots for online lessons have been updated with color-coded indicators.
●Blue Time-Slots: Booking confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent automatically.
●Orange Time-Slots: Your request will be added to the waiting list. It will remain active until the day before your requested slots. If  your lesson cannot be scheduled, we’ll notify you by 20:00 the day before (except on national holidays).

This update is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the usability of our booking system and provide a smoother experience for all customers.

Online Booking Portal Update

平素より弊社サービスをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、諸外国語（英語以外の言語）オンラインレッスンの予約ポータルにおいて、より分かりやすく便利にご予約いただけるよう、オンラインレッスンの予約画面に新機能を導入いたしました。

対面レッスンの予約画面は変更ありません。
予約するボタン押下後、チェックボックスを選択することで、ウェイティングリストに登録することができます。
●チェックあり：すぐに確定ができない場合はキャンセル待ちで承ります。ご予約がとれなかった場合のみ、祝日・休校日を除く受講予定日の前日20時までにご連絡いたします。
● チェックなし：ご希望の時間枠で確定ができない場合は、メールにてご連絡いたします。

オンラインレッスンの予約画面では色分けした表示を追加しました。
●青の時間枠：確定で予約を承ります。確認メールが自動送信されます。
●オレンジの時間枠：キャンセル待ちで承ります。ご予約がとれなかった場合のみ、祝日・休校日を除く受講予定日の前日20時までにご連絡いたします。

このアップデートは、予約システムの使いやすさを向上させ、すべてのお客様によりスムーズな予約を提供することを目的としています。

Online Booking Portal Update

10/15（水）～Adult/Youthのお客様を対象に英語のオンラインレッスンSame Day Booking（当日予約）がスタートします。
Same Day Booking（当日予約）は、平日：13:00 ～ 21:10、土日：13:00 ～ 18:10のレッスン枠でご提供いたします。
また、ご予約はご希望レッスンの開始60分前まで可能です。
（＊祝日・年末年始・ベルリッツの休校日は提供いたしません）
対象教材はBerlitz English シリーズのみとさせていただきますので、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
尚、サービスの対象のお客様へは、別途ランゲージセンターよりご連絡いたします。

Berlitz Portalは定期メンテナンスのため、通常より1時間早く停止いたします。

2.　【日時】 10月23日（木）22:30～06:30

ベルリッツポータルで、マイアカウントよりメールアドレス(ユーザー名)を行う際、新しいメールアドレスに届いた
「ユーザー名の変更リンク」をクリックすると「無効化されたURLです。再度ユーザー名変更を試みてください。」と表示になり、
変更できない不具合が発生しております。

大変お手数でございますが、メールアドレスを変更ご希望の方は、
helpdesk@berlitz.co.jp　まで、現在のメールアドレスと変更希望のメールアドレスの
お知らせをお願いいたします。

We are currently experiencing a technical issue with the email address (username) change function on the Berlitz Portal. When attempting to update your email address, clicking the “change username” link sent to your new email address may result in an error message, “Invalid URL. Please try changing your username again.”

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If you need to update your email address, please contact us at helpdesk@berlitz.co.jp, providing both your current email address and the new one you wish to use.

2024年6月26日22:00から2024年6月27日6:00まで（8時間）、ポータルサイトおよび満足度調査サイトはメンテナンスのため使用できなくなります。
6月26日 22時送信分の顧客満足度調査メールの送信はメンテナンス作業の後に配信いたします。

The Customer Portal site and Satisfaction Survey site will be offline for a system maintenance from 2024/06/26 22:00 till 2024/06/27 6:00 (8 hours).
Due to this maintenance, Customer Satisfaction Survery emails for the date of 26th will be sent after the maintenance.

3/15(金)14時半頃より、Berlitz Portalサイトにおいて、アクセス増加により読み込みが遅い/画面が遷移しない等の事象が発生しております。
ご迷惑をおかけし誠に申し訳ございません。現在、改善に向けた作業を行っております。
